Zeppelin: the airship crash game from Betsolutions
A zeppelin lifts off, a multiplier climbs, and at some point the airship flies away. Betsolutions built it in Tbilisi in 2020 and sold it into regulated European markets where Aviator was slow to arrive. That is why you keep seeing it at licensed casinos, and why it is worth knowing.
Zeppelin is the crash game you meet when you are not looking for one. It sits in the instant games tab at Italian ADM casinos, in the Betway lobby in South Africa, and in the 1xBet catalogue next to sixty rivals. Betsolutions, the Georgian studio behind it, had a simple plan in 2020: get certified in the regulated markets that Spribe had not yet reached, and be the crash game those casinos could legally carry. It worked well enough that Zeppelin is now one of the most widely integrated crash titles in Europe, and almost nobody can tell you who makes it.
What is Zeppelin?
Zeppelin is a multiplayer crash game. A grey airship rises over a skyline, a multiplier climbs from 1.00x, and at a random point the zeppelin flies off the top of the screen. If you have cashed out before then, you win your stake times the multiplier at the moment you pressed. If not, the stake is lost. Rounds run on a shared timer, so everyone in the lobby watches the same flight, and a live bets panel shows who is in and when they left.
Betsolutions was founded in Tbilisi in 2015, a few streets from where Spribe would later set up. Zeppelin is its flagship, and the studio has since built Crash Royale, Goal, and a Plinko variant on the same engine. The game is often credited to BGaming or Spribe on affiliate pages; the developer logo in the corner is Betsolutions, and the RTP certificate is theirs.
The visual choice of an airship rather than a plane is more than cosmetic. The zeppelin moves slowly at low multipliers and the animation stretches out the early part of the round, which makes the under-1.50x crashes feel more abrupt than they do in Aviator. They happen at the same rate. They just hurt a little more.
How to play Zeppelin
- Set a stake in one or both bet panels. Minimum 0.10 at most operators, or the local equivalent. Maximum per panel is usually 100.
- Place the bet during the countdown. There is a window of roughly ten seconds between rounds. Bets placed after it closes go on the next round.
- Watch the airship climb. The multiplier is shown large in the centre. The history strip at the top shows recent results, which tell you nothing about the next one.
- Cash out. Press the button or let auto cash-out do it at your pre-set multiplier. Winnings land instantly.
- Or watch it leave. If the zeppelin flies away first, the bet is lost and the next round starts shortly.

Features that matter
Dual bet. Two panels, each with its own stake and auto cash-out value. The usual pattern is a low-target safe bet and a higher-target riding bet. As we say on every crash page, this lowers variance and leaves the 3% edge untouched. Some older operator integrations show a single panel; if you see two, you have the current build.
Auto cash-out and auto bet. Set a multiplier and the game cashes you out there without your reaction time getting in the way. Auto bet repeats the stake for a set number of rounds. Together they let you run a system unattended, which is fine, because no system changes the expected return.
Live bets and chat. The panel on the left shows other players' stakes and cash-out points. Chat is enabled at most operators and is as useful as crash chat always is, which is to say not at all for predicting rounds.
Demo mode. Most sites that carry Zeppelin let you open it in demo without an account. It is the real multiplier distribution with play money, and the fastest way to learn that the airship leaves early more often than the screenshots suggest.
Zeppelin RTP and odds
Zeppelin's RTP is 97%, published by Betsolutions and fixed across operators. House edge is 3%. The chance of the airship reaching any multiplier m is roughly 97% divided by m, so about 65% of rounds clear 1.50x, 48% clear 2x, 19% clear 5x and just under 10% clear 10x.
Some review sites list Zeppelin at 96%, and one we found managed to publish both 96% and 66% on the same page. The information panel inside the game at 1xBet and Betway shows 97%, and that is the number we trust.
The maximum multiplier is capped by the operator rather than the game, and 1,000x is the figure most sites publish. The maximum payout per round is set separately and is usually the binding limit if you are staking anything meaningful.
Slow start, fast finish, same curve as everything else.
Why Zeppelin turns up at licensed European casinos
This is the part of the Zeppelin story that explains its popularity. Spribe's Aviator was licensed in the UK and Malta early, but several continental regulators took longer, and local operators wanted a crash game they could legally offer in the meantime. Betsolutions went after those certifications directly. The result is that Zeppelin is certified for Italy's ADM market, where it appears at licensed operators' instant game sections, and for a number of other regulated European and African jurisdictions.
For you, the practical point is that if you play at a licensed casino in Italy or at Betway in South Africa and see a crash game with an airship, it is the same 97% product you would get at an offshore bookmaker, and your winnings are covered by the local licence. Spaceman from Pragmatic Play fills the same role at casinos that take Pragmatic rather than Betsolutions, and the two games are the pair we see most often at regulated operators.
Zeppelin vs Aviator vs Spaceman
| Zeppelin | Aviator | Spaceman | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Developer | Betsolutions (2020) | Spribe (2019) | Pragmatic Play (2022) |
| RTP | 97% | 97% | 96.5% |
| Bets per round | 2 | 2 | 1 |
| Partial cash-out | No | No | Yes, 50% |
| Regulated-market presence | Italy, several EU and African markets | 20+ jurisdictions | Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Brazil |
| Typical max multiplier | 1,000x (operator cap) | 10,000x (operator cap) | 5,000x |
Our view: Zeppelin and Aviator are the same bet with different art, and if both are in your lobby, pick on the basis of which interface you find less tiring. Spaceman's half cash-out is the only mechanical reason to prefer one of the three, and it comes with half a point less RTP. None of them is beatable.
Strategy that is not nonsense
Set auto cash-out before the round, stake 1% to 2% of the session bankroll per panel, set a stop-loss and a take-profit, and ignore the history strip. That is the complete list. Martingale on a 2x target survives until a run of ten losses, which arrives roughly once every 1,400 rounds, and the eleventh bet is 1,024 times your base stake. The operator maximum stops you well before that.
There are "Zeppelin predictor" apps and Telegram signal channels. The crash point is generated before the round starts and is not exposed anywhere. The apps are random number generators, phishing tools or referral funnels, and we explain the mechanism in how crash games work.

Frequently asked questions
Who makes the Zeppelin crash game?
Betsolutions, a Georgian studio founded in Tbilisi in 2015. Zeppelin launched in 2020 and is the company's best-known title. It is often misattributed to BGaming or Spribe on affiliate sites; the developer logo in the corner of the game says Betsolutions. The same studio makes Crash Royale, Goal and Plinko X.
What is the RTP of Zeppelin?
97%, which puts it level with Aviator and JetX. House edge is 3%. Some review pages quote 96% or lower; the information panel in the game at the operators we use shows 97%, and Betsolutions publishes the same. The figure is set by the developer and not adjustable by the casino.
Can I place two bets in Zeppelin?
Yes, at most operators. Zeppelin has two bet panels, each with its own stake and auto cash-out setting, so you can run a safe bet and a riding bet in the same round. A few older integrations show a single panel. The dual bet reduces variance and does nothing to the 3% edge, as on every crash game.
Where can I play Zeppelin?
At international bookmakers such as 1xBet, Mostbet and Betway, and at a number of licensed European casinos. Betsolutions holds certifications for several regulated markets, Italy's ADM among them, which is why Zeppelin sometimes appears in lobbies where Aviator is absent. Demo mode is available inside the game at most sites.
Is Zeppelin rigged?
No. The crash point for each round is generated before the round begins and the game is certified by independent test labs for the markets it is licensed in. It is also a 3% house-edge game, which means you will lose over time without any rigging needed. Predictor apps for Zeppelin are fake for the same reason they are fake for Aviator.
