Betika Aviator: how to log in, deposit and play the plane game
Betika is where most Kenyans met Aviator, and the search numbers say it is still where most of them play it. This is the full walkthrough, from the SMS code at registration to the M-Pesa withdrawal, written from an account we actually use.
Betika added Aviator in 2021 and, by our editor's count, it has been the most-searched Kenyan Aviator host every month since. The reason is not mysterious. Betika already had the paybill most people knew by heart, the game sits one tap from the home page, and the free-bet rains in the chat gave people a reason to open it when there was no football on. If you are new to it, this page gets you from no account to a first cash-out in about ten minutes. If you already play, skip to the deposit and tax sections, because those are the parts most people get wrong.

Where Aviator is on Betika
Log in, then look at the top navigation bar. On the mobile site the order is Home, Sports, Live, Aviator, Casino, Jackpots, and so on. Tap Aviator. On the desktop site the same link sits in the header. If you landed on a Betika page without the link, use the direct address betika.com/en-ke/aviator, which is also the page Google sends people to.
The game loads inside a frame in a few seconds on a normal Safaricom 4G connection. It is the official Spribe build, so what you see is the same game that runs everywhere: a red plane, two bet panels, the live bets list and the chat. Nothing is Betika-specific except the chat traffic and the rains, which we cover below.
One thing worth knowing: Betika also lists Aviator under Casino, in the New Games and Crash categories. Both routes open the same game with the same balance. Betika does not use a separate casino wallet, which is a small mercy compared with SportPesa, where you have to move chips first.
Registering with your Safaricom number
You need a Kenyan mobile number, an ID number for the account, and to be 18 or over. The whole thing takes two minutes.
- Open betika.com and tap Register. The green button is top right on every page.
- Enter your phone number. Use the line you will deposit from, because M-Pesa deposits are matched to the registered number. Safaricom is the one that matters for M-Pesa; Airtel lines work too, through Airtel Money.
- Set a password and accept the terms. Betika asks for a password rather than a four-digit PIN. Make it something you can type on a phone keyboard without looking.
- Type the SMS verification code. Betika sends a code to the number you entered. It usually lands within a few seconds. Enter it and the account is live.
- Tap Aviator in the menu. You can open the game before depositing and watch rounds, which we recommend.
Betika may later ask you to upload your ID for verification, usually when you make a first withdrawal above a certain level or when something about the account looks odd. Do it early rather than when a withdrawal is waiting.
Betika Aviator login, and what to do when it fails
The phrase "Betika Aviator login" is searched more than most Kenyan football fixtures, which tells you how many people think the game has its own door. It does not. Aviator uses your ordinary Betika account.
Go to betika.com, tap Login, enter your phone number and password, tap Login again, then tap Aviator. The session stays open on the phone for a while, so most days you will skip straight to the game.
When login fails, it is almost always one of three things:
- Wrong number format. Enter the number as 07XXXXXXXX. Do not add +254 and do not leave a space after the 0.
- Forgotten password. Tap Forgot password on the login page. Betika sends a reset code by SMS to the registered number. Enter it, choose a new password, log in. If no SMS comes, the line may be suspended or you may have registered on a different number years ago, which happens more than you would think.
- Account locked after repeated attempts. Wait, then use the reset flow instead of guessing again. Live chat can unlock it if the reset does not.
A warning about look-alike sites. Searches for "betika aviator login" are a magnet for fake pages that copy the green Betika layout and harvest phone numbers and passwords. Check the address bar. The real site is betika.com, nothing else, and it never asks you to pay a "registration fee". If you want a single safe route, the Login button on our site goes to the real one.
Depositing with M-Pesa paybill 290290
Betika's paybill is one of the few numbers most Kenyan bettors know by heart. Here is the full flow for a first-timer, and the shortcut for everyone else.
- Open M-Pesa on your phone. Either the Safaricom app, the M-PESA app, or the SIM toolkit on a feature phone.
- Choose Lipa na M-PESA, then Pay Bill.
- Business number: 290290. This is Betika's paybill and it has not changed in years.
- Account number: BETIKA. Your registered phone number also works. Either way the deposit is matched to your account by the line you are paying from, so pay from the registered number.
- Enter the amount. Betika's floor is low; guides quote KSh 10 and the paybill directory we checked quotes KSh 50, and the deposit page shows whichever is current. The per-transaction ceiling is around KSh 70,000.
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and confirm. The balance updates inside the Betika app within a minute in normal conditions. If it does not after five minutes, keep the M-Pesa confirmation message; live chat will want the transaction code.
The shortcut: once logged in, tap Deposit, type an amount, and Betika pushes an M-Pesa prompt to your phone. You enter your PIN and that is it. Same result, fewer taps.
Two costs sit on top of the deposit. The standard M-Pesa paybill tariff applies (zero on small amounts, a few shillings in the KSh 101 to 500 band, rising from there), and Kenyan excise is deducted before the money reaches your balance. More on that in the tax section, because it changes what you actually have to play with.

Stakes, limits and how a round works on Betika
Minimum stake is KSh 10 per bet. Maximum is KSh 10,000 per bet, and because Aviator has two bet panels you can have KSh 20,000 live in one round. The payout cap is KSh 1,000,000 per round, which matters only if you are betting big and the plane goes past 100x, a combination that will happen to roughly nobody reading this.
The round itself is standard Aviator. Place your bet in the five-second window, the plane takes off, the multiplier climbs, you tap Cash Out or let auto cash-out do it, or the plane flies away and the stake is gone. The maths is Spribe's and it is the same everywhere: 97% RTP, a 3% house edge, and no setting on Betika's side that changes it. Our global Aviator page has the probability table if you want to see what 2x and 5x targets actually hit.
Two practical notes from playing on Betika specifically. First, the Kenyan chat is busy, which makes the live bets panel feel like a signal. It is not. Someone cashing out at 1.20x tells you nothing about the next round. Second, set auto cash-out before you bet. On a 4G connection that drops to 3G in a matatu, the half-second it takes for your tap to reach the server is the difference between 1.90x and nothing.
Betika Aviator promotions
Betika's Aviator marketing has a consistent shape, even if the numbers change every few weeks.
Aviator Rain. Free bets drop into the game chat at random times. The first players to tap claim them. Winnings from a rain bet are yours to keep. It is a marketing budget, not a gift, but it is also the only genuinely free Aviator money in Kenya, so claim them when you see them.
Challenges and leaderboards. Betika periodically runs competitions around the highest multiplier hit in a window, or the most cash-outs over a period, with cash or free-bet prizes for the top finishers. These favour high-volume players, which is the point.
Weekly and welcome offers. Betika advertises a boost on first deposits and weekly bonuses, but these are mostly aimed at the sportsbook and carry wagering conditions. Read the promotions page on the day; we do not print amounts here because they change faster than we can update.
Withdrawing to M-Pesa and the tax that comes off first
Minimum withdrawal is KSh 200. In the app, tap your balance or the account menu, choose Withdraw, enter the amount, confirm. From a feature phone or without data, dial 6441# from your registered line and follow the prompts. The money goes to the M-Pesa number on the account, nowhere else, which is also why you cannot withdraw a friend's winnings to your line.
Timing: in Brian's withdrawal log, Betika is usually minutes, and the sources we checked say the same. First withdrawals on a new account can take longer while verification runs, and Friday evening and Sunday afternoon are slower than a Tuesday morning. If nothing has arrived in an hour, open live chat with the withdrawal reference.
Now the part everyone complains about in the chat. Kenyan law taxes betting at both ends. Winnings carry a 20% withholding tax, so a KSh 1,000 Aviator win is KSh 800 on its way to you. Stakes carried a 15% excise duty for years; the 2025 Finance Act restructured excise to 5% on deposits, which is why KSh 100 paid to the paybill shows up as KSh 95 in your balance. Betika deducts all of it automatically and you will never be asked to pay KRA separately. The practical effect is that your real return on Aviator is lower than the 97% RTP suggests, because tax is taken out before the game's maths even starts. Factor that in when you decide how much to deposit.
What is good about Betika Aviator, and what is not
The good part is the plumbing. The paybill is universal, deposits land fast, the game is one tap from the home page, and the withdrawal flow works from a feature phone. Betika has also been licensed by the BCLB for years and pays, which is not a given in this market. The rains are real and the chat is lively enough that free bets arrive most days if you keep the game open.
The less good part. The Betika app and site are built around the sportsbook, so the Aviator page can be slow to load on a busy Saturday when a few hundred thousand people are checking slips. The chat is full of "signal" sellers and predictor adverts, which Betika does not police well, and new players take them seriously. The casino section is cluttered and the New Games category buries Aviator's cousins. And the taxes, while not Betika's fault, make the small-stake grind that the KSh 10 minimum invites a slow way to lose money.
Alternatives if Betika is not for you
Pepeta built its whole brand on Aviator rather than football. Deposits are STK push, so there is no paybill to type, and the home page is essentially the game. Odibets runs a much lighter site that loads on a 2G signal, has a KSh 1 minimum stake, and pushes Aviator free bets most weeks. Both are BCLB-licensed and both pay to M-Pesa.

Predictors, hacks and the Betika Aviator chat
Search Betika Aviator on any phone and the suggestions fill with "predictor", "hack" and "signals". We get messages every week from people who paid KSh 500 for a Telegram group that promised the next crash point. The honest answer: the crash point is generated from a server seed and three player seeds, hashed before the round starts, and shown to you afterwards for verification. No app reads it in advance. The predictor apps are random-number toys, phishing pages for your Betika login, or referral bait. Often all three. Our predictor guide goes through what each type actually does if you want the detail.
A note on playing responsibly
Aviator rounds last seconds and the KSh 10 minimum makes it feel harmless. It is not. Set a session budget before you deposit, set auto cash-out so you are not reacting, and stop when you hit your limit either way. Betika has deposit limits and self-exclusion in the account settings. If gambling has stopped being fun, Kenya's mental health line is 1199 and the BCLB publishes a helpline. 18+ only.

Frequently asked questions
How do I log in to Betika Aviator?
Open betika.com, tap Login at the top right, enter your Safaricom number and the password you set at registration, and tap Login. Then tap Aviator in the main menu. There is no separate Aviator login; the game uses your normal Betika account and balance.
What is the Betika Aviator paybill number?
Betika's M-Pesa paybill is 290290. Use BETIKA or your registered phone number as the account number. The money lands in your main Betika balance, which Aviator draws from directly, so there is no casino wallet to transfer into.
What is the minimum stake on Betika Aviator?
KSh 10 per bet, and you can run two bets in the same round. The maximum is KSh 10,000 per bet, and the published cap on a single-round payout is KSh 1,000,000, so a 100x plane on a max bet is already at the ceiling.
How do I withdraw Aviator winnings from Betika to M-Pesa?
Tap Withdraw in your account menu, enter at least KSh 200 and confirm, or dial *644*1# from your registered line. Withholding tax comes off first. In our log the money is usually in M-Pesa within minutes, though first withdrawals and busy evenings can stretch that.
I forgot my Betika password. How do I reset it?
On the login page tap Forgot password, enter your registered phone number, and Betika sends a verification code by SMS. Enter the code, set a new password, and log in. If the SMS does not arrive, check that the line is active and that you are not blocking short codes.
Does Betika have an Aviator bonus?
Betika runs Aviator Rain, which drops free bets into the game chat for the first players to claim, and periodic Aviator challenges and leaderboards. Amounts and dates change, so read the promotions page before you count on anything. There is no permanent Aviator deposit bonus.
Can I play Betika Aviator for free?
Yes. The game has a demo toggle, and you can also use the official Spribe demo on our Aviator page. The demo uses play money and shows the same odds. What it hides is the live bets panel and the chat, which are empty without real players.
